The Banquet is a monthly communal dinner at Crane, 432 Joo Chiat, where a long shared table, a seasonal menu, and a room full of strangers quietly become something you did not expect to need.

What to Expect:

Once a month on a Wednesday evening, a brand-new menu lands on the table, built entirely for that night. The idea is simple: What would you cook if the jungle were your pantry? Seasonal ingredients, interesting pairings, and a home-cook sensibility designed for sharing.

You'll dine family-style with fellow food lovers, creatives, and curious minds. Whether you come solo or with friends, you'll leave with a full belly and new perspectives.
