I/We hereby apply for the membership at Crane (the “Club”), and the resultant privileges thereof, and acknowledge and agree specifically without limitation, to the following:
I/We warrant that all the information provided in this application form is true and correct and, in particular, that I/we am/are the user/subscriber of the telephone and/or fax number(s) and/or email address(es) provided herein.
I am/We are not bankrupt and that no bankruptcy or analogous legal proceedings have been commenced against me/us in any country. I/We have not been convicted of any criminal offence in any country.
I/We have not been expelled from nor has my/our membership with any club or society in any country been revoked or cancelled. In the event that any of the foregoing warranties/ representations given is breached,
I/we accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may be suffered either by me/us or the Club arising from that breach and that my/our membership with the Club will be terminated forthwith without refund.
I/We agree to provide any additional information of documents that the Club may request in relation to this application or the membership.
I/We confirm that in consideration of the Club agreeing to consider my/our application for membership, this application made by me/us shall be irrevocable.
I/We understand my/our application is subject to approval by the Club which reserves the sole right to accept or reject my/our application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
If my/our application is rejected, any amount paid or cheques delivered by me/us in relation to my/our application shall be returned to me/us in such manner as the Club considers appropriate without any interest, compensation or otherwise and at my/our own risk.
I/We understand that the Club has the sole and absolute discretion at any time to restrict the number of members of any or all types/ classes of membership and/or close the membership of the Club from further members.
I/We indemnify and hold harmless on demand the Club, and all its directors, governors, officers, trustees, agents, employees, or servants (collectively the “Indemnified Parties”), from any demand, claim, or action on a full indemnity basis (including any liability, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by the Indemnified Parties) for any loss or damage sustained by any person arising from the default, negligence, unauthorised use of facilities and/or breach of any provisions of the rules and regulations or policies of the Club by myself, my family members/ourselves or our Nominees, guests, agents, and/or employees.
I/We undertake at all times to comply with and be bound by the Rules & Regulations and Policies of the Club as may be prescribed, amended and/or revised from time to time by the Club and/or Members Only Hospitality Pte Ltd (the “Proprietor”).
I/We hereby confirm, agree and consent to the following:
The information provided in connection with this application including my/our personal data (the “information”) may be used and processed by or on behalf of the Club for purposes related to my/our registration of interest in the membership of the Club and for the processing of my/our application for membership.
The Club may collect and use the information that I/we have supplied for the purposes of processing my/our application for membership including using personal data such as my/our telephone number and/or email address to contact me/us.
The information may be disclosed to any third party for the purposes of processing of my/our application provided that such third party shall be subject to a duty of care to maintain appropriate levels of security and confidentiality and only use the information as instructed by the Club.
The Club may collect additional information through other sources for the purposes of processing and evaluating my/our application for membership. If the application is successful, the information may be used for the purposes of administering and/or managing my/our membership with the Club including disclosing and/or transferring such information, whether in Singapore or outside of Singapore, to: any other departments within the Club, any clubs or establishments in affiliation or partnership with the Club, any other clubs or establishments owned and/or operated (directly or indirectly) by the Proprietor or, if necessary, with Government agencies; and any third party service provider who provides administrative, data processing, computer or other services to the Club.
If the application is unsuccessful, the Club may retain and use the information for the purposes of dealing with any matter which may arise in connection with my/our application, contacting me/us on ongoing membership opportunities, and/or data analysis, business development or marketing purposes.
I/We have read and understood the above provisions and that my/our consent granted herein shall supersede and replace in full all prior understandings, communications and agreements with respect to the subject matter hereof.
Where I am/we are a Registered User, subject to exercising my/our rights detailed in this policy, the Club will retain the information for as long as I/we remain a Registered User on the application. Where there has not been any activity on my account for three years, the Club will contact me to check if I still wish to retain an account with the Club. Where I/we decide to cancel my account or the Club does not hear further from me/us, my/our account will be de-activated and the information will be deleted. I/we understand that if I/we need the information to be explicitly deleted, I/we can contact the Club at hello@wearecrane.com.
