- Campaign runs from 2 – 6 November 2026 on Instagram Stories
- To participate, followers must screenshot a minimum of 3 Stories where Santa is spotted and DM all screenshots to @crane.official
- Only the first 5 participants to submit 3 or more correct screenshots will win
- Winners will be announced via Instagram Stories on 10 November 2026
- Each winner will receive one digital group booking voucher distributed via Instagram DM following the announcement
- To redeem, winners must present the digital voucher to Crane staff at the time of making their group booking enquiry
- Voucher is valid for group bookings only and is not applicable to individual ticket purchases
- Booking must be confirmed and fully paid by 13 December 2026
- Voucher is valid for one new group booking at Crane for any of the following activities: Murder Mystery Series, Nom Nom Cinema, The Dog Table
- Voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred
- Voucher is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or discount
- Crane reserves the right to verify screenshots for accuracy before confirming winners
- Participants found submitting incorrect screenshots will be disqualified
- One entry per person — multiple DMs from the same account will not improve chances of winning
- Crane reserves the right to amend or withdraw the campaign at any time without prior notice
