“What’s the difference between a vulva or a vagina?”, “I am too scared to look down there”, “Am I ‘normal’?”, “It looks so ugly”. Ever had a question about your intimate bits but you were too embarrassed to ask? Here’s your chance to foster a deeper connection with your body with a trained sex therapist!
What Makes this Unique:
Forget everything you’ve been told about shame or discomfort—vulva education isn’t about judgement or negativity. It’s about learning, loving, and celebrating this amazing instrument of pleasure. Through the sex ed you wished you had in your 20’s, and making mindful art that’s discreet and beautiful in the style of Georgia O’Keefe, you’ll unlearn shame and fear around your sacred feminine energy in a safe, supportive space. (P.S Don’t worry, there’s no nudity involved!)
In the words of O’Keefe herself: “I’ve been absolutely terrified every moment of my life and I’ve never let it keep me from a single thing that I wanted to do.”
What to Expect:
- Acquire foundational knowledge about vulva anatomy, function and pleasure
- Engage in a mindfulness exercise and Nagomi Art to enhance body awareness,
- Develop your own personal affirmation whenever you feel doubt in your sensuality.
Who is it for:
- Those who are shy but curious to know about themselves “down there”
- Those who want to reclaim their sensuality and feminine energy
- Those who want to spend a mindful afternoon learning and celebrating their bodies
- Women & Vulva-owners only
- Adult-only event
Details:
This experience will take place at Crane OUE, between 2:30PM-5:30PM. Tickets are priced at $60.
