You’ve asked nicely, so we said yes! Welcome to the couples edition of Bedroom Recipes, an informal workshop where real talk meets practical know-how. Whether you’re single, partnered, or exploring, this event is all about helping know yourself better and feel confident when it comes to intimacy and your body. This is the Sex Ed you wished you had in your 20s! Open to women, men and couples. This edition is proudly brought to you by Smile Makers Collection.

What Makes this Unique:

This isn’t a lecture—it’s a supportive, judgment-free space where you can ask questions, learn new things, and leave feeling frisky and empowered! This sharing session is geared towards anyone curious about being more confident in bed. We aim to create a safe space so please note that this is not a pick-up class or singles mixer. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour may be deemed as unsafe to our speaker and/or attendees. 

What to Expect:

• Straightforward tips to get to know your body better
• A hands on lowdown on inclusive toys and tools and how to include them during your intimate sessions
• Learn to tease and tempt way before entering the bedroom (iykyk)
• Figure out your boundaries and how to communicate your desires without feeling awkward
• Techniques for pleasuring your partner that will empower you too

Meet Your Host:

Noorindah is the founder of Shy & Curious (https://shyandcurious.com), an online platform that explores sex and love without the fear of having to hide your Google search history. Through personal essays, workshops and a sense of humour, she helps to demystify taboo topics and unlearn shame & guilt around sexual wellness, relationships and self-discovery for the shy yet curious at heart. Noorindah is currently a sex coach in training at the esteemed Sex Coach U, recognized by World Association for Sexual Health (WAS).
